Bed Support Pillow

This meditation cushion/body support pillows contains no less than 4.5 pounds of organic buckwheat hulls. Made with a cotton lining, reinforced stitching and covered in a fleece fabric of your choosing with a zippered opening.

This pillow is one of the largest products in our line. It will fit inside a standard size pillowcase but not really designed as a sleep on pillow because the fleece makes it warm.

Measures approximately 44 inches long from tip to tip, 12 inches wide at the neck, 9 inches wide at the arms and 3 inches deep.

It makes a great body support, meditation cushion, yoga prop, nursing pillow, leg/arm elevation pillow, lap desk or neck pillow.

Buckwheat Bed Pillow

Zippered hand painted Indonesian batik cover, hand washing and air drying the cotton insert and cover will prolong its life. Both insert and cover are doubled stitched and serged for durability and edges that don’t fray. Although I make a queen version of this pillow, this one is smaller, for 2 main reasons the weight at 5 plus pounds is not too heavy to position on your bed and it can easily double as meditation cushion plus many people find that the main benefit of a buckwheat hull pillow is that is offers great head and neck support and you are less likely to move around once you find that sweet spot. The reason I use cotton for this particular pillow and many of the other support is for durability. Unlike many of the silk fabrics I use these cottons are less likely to snag and wear out when used on the floor for sitting. This pillow's cotton insert has a zipper so you may adjust the fill. Make sure to empty the buckwheat fill before washing, getting hulls wet is a no no.

These unique, practical and comforting zippered back bolsters and lumbar support pillows are made with my blue and teal dragonfly printed cottons or from a selection of the finest Indonesian cotton Batiks.
Some of the main features of this small but effective pillow are that it’s great to hug on your belly for comfort, not too heavy. A wonderful little neck stretcher while you’re lying down and a wonderful addition to your regular pillow if you are a side or belly sleeper. As well as its main purpose of neck pillow or lumbar support. Superb knee support while you're working around the house.

The filling of organic buckwheat hulls can be removed to suit your comfort needs.
