A 16 inch cotton support neck back pillow with organic buckwheat hulls and lavender buds or unscented. Adjustable fill. Packaged with an extra slipcover, an extra insert and for scented orders a small bag of lavender buds at no extra charge, I pack the pillows full, so your bound to have enough hulls to fill another pillow and have 2 soft neck supports depending on your comfort needs.

These unique, practical and comforting zippered back bolsters and lumbar support pillows are made with my blue and teal dragonfly printed cottons or from a selection of the finest Indonesian cotton Batiks.

Some of the main features of this small but effective pillow are that it’s great to hug on your belly for comfort, not too heavy. A wonderful little neck stretcher while you’re lying down and a wonderful addition to your regular pillow if you are a side or belly sleeper. As well as its main purpose of neck pillow or lumbar support. Superb knee support while you’re working around the house.

  • The filling of organic buckwheat hulls can be removed to suit your comfort needs.
  • Organic buckwheat hulls and lavender buds. Packaged with an extra cover (and an extra empty insert) of your choosing.
  • The pillow weighs just under 2 pounds and measures 16 inches long by 6 inches high and 4 inches deep with 3/4 of a cup of lavender. I’ll gladly supply you with a little extra lavender in a bag if you ask me. Just pop a note in with the order.
  • Handmade in Pennsylvania. All covers and inserts are pre-shrunk and washed.
  • Zippered, removable, hand-painted, Indonesian cotton batik cover. Hand washing and air drying will prolong the life of the slip-cover. All products are machine washable. (Not the hulls).
  • Do not microwave. Freeze for soothing cold relief in the supplied bag for as long as you like. Great for headaches, migraines, tension or stress.

These hand-made high quality support pillows may vary slightly in size. Those with allergies to feathers or other synthetics will appreciate buckwheat’s hypo-allergenic properties.

Buckwheat hulls don’t compress as easily under pressure which allows the pillow to stay relatively cool as the air can circulate while still being able to mold to the contours of your body.

The buckwheat hulls are organic, natural and Eco-friendly. Each yard of the Indonesian sumptuous cotton batik fabrics is unique. The cotton fabric is hand-stamped and hand-painted multiple times, with many different pairs of hands working on every yard. Due to this specialized process there are some minor inconsistencies to the colors and pattern, while maintaining subtle color variations that are so important to this traditional technique.
